Leola Bead plant marks 3 years injury free

Congratulations to our crew at Leola Bead, which recently passed the three-year mark without a recordable safety incident.

The bead-making facility in our Leola, PA, manufacturing complex recorded its last OSHA incident on June 7, 2023.

Leola Bead EHS Specialist Joe Rosenberger praised employees for their daily commitment to working safe and their focus on achieving our Path to Zero safety goals.

“This is an outstanding accomplishment and a direct reflection of the team’s commitment, consistency and dedication to working safely every day,” Joe said. “Going three years without an OSHA recordable does not happen by chance. It takes ownership, awareness, communication and a strong safety mindset from everyone on the floor.”
