COMPANY-PAID 401K

Dart makes a deposit into each US employee's 401k every year, even if they don’t contribute to it themself. And if they do, we match their investment up to 4% of their eligible wages.

FLOATING HOLIDAYS

US employees enjoy extra paid days off to celebrate something that’s meaningful to them, such as Juneteenth, Veterans Day or any other day they choose.

SCHEDULING

We guarantee minimum work hours for full-time and part-time manufacturing and distribution employees and provide them their work schedules upon hire. Temporary schedule changes are generally posted two weeks in advance, so it's easy for our employees to plan ahead.

ATTENDANCE BONUSES

We understand that “life happens,” so Dart provides manufacturing and distribution employees with a bank of unpaid hours to use for absences not covered under other time off policies. And to reward consistent attendance, every quarter US employees can earn a bonus if they manage their bank well. If your plant achieves annual targets, you'll receive another bonus as well.

DRESS FOR SUCCESS

Manufacturing isn’t the place for a tie or pocket square! Stick to clothing that’s easy to move in and breathable (factories tend to get warm with all those machines running). Also, please wear closed-toe shoes.
