LEADERSHIP TEAM

Keith joined Dart in 2018 and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Previously he served as Executive Vice President-Manufacturing and Executive Vice President-Supply Chain.

Prior to joining Dart, Keith spent more than 25 years leading rigid plastics, aluminum and flexible packaging operations at several consumer packaged goods companies. Keith’s experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at Amcor, Vice President/GM at Exal Corporation and Vice President of Operations at Graham Packaging.

Keith has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute (Kettering University).

Sujith joined Dart in 2022 after serving as Global CFO for the iconic consumer brand Lee for lifestyle apparel company Kontoor Brands. Before Kontoor Brands, Sujith held several senior level positions of increasing responsibilities for Hain Celestial Group and General Mills. Sujith has more than 25 years of experience in commercial & brand finance, financial planning, business analytics, supply chain and IT.

As EVP–Finance and CFO, Sujith is responsible for Dart’s Finance & Accounting and IT functions.

Sujith earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Calicut, India; his post graduate diploma in business management with a specialization in finance from XLRI in Jamshedpur, India; and his MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Iowa.

Jim joined Dart Container Corporation in 2013 as Vice President–Human Resources and was promoted to Executive Vice President–People, Culture and Communications in 2019. Jim has 30 years’ experience in human resources and communications, having served as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Wayne State University, State Personnel Director for the State of Michigan and Director at KPMG, where he led HR transformational and business optimization engagements for numerous clients.

As EVP–People, Culture and Communications, Jim leads companywide Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Corporate Communications functions.

Jim has a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Michigan State University and master’s degree in public administration from Western Michigan University.

Tom joined Dart in 1990 as a Product Analyst in the Marketing Management Department. Tom was named Marketing Management Department Manager in 1999, Vice President of Business Development in 2005, EVP–Business Development in 2012 and EVP–Commercial Operations in 2020.

As EVP–Commercial Operations, Tom is responsible for  Business Unit sales, pricing and product management teams as well as our Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Success and Sustainability functions.

Tom graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Joe joined Dart in 2024 as EVP Engineering with 20 years’ experience in engineering project execution, facility management, plant expansions, production improvement, strategic cost reduction, technology implementation, quality assurance and team development.

Previous roles included SVP of Engineering and Operations at Meati Foods; Process Engineering Manager, Director of Manufacturing Operations, Senior Director of Engineering and EVP of Supply Chain for Sabra Dipping Company; and Senior Project Engineer and Process Engineer for Campbell Soup Company.

As EVP Engineering, Joe is responsible for our Engineering, Innovation and Product Development functions.

Joe has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University.

Bob began his career at Dart in 1988 and has held many positions, including Sales Representative, Territory Sales Representative, District Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, Administrative Sales Manager, Manager of Sales-Institutional Division and Director of Sales-Institutional Division. He was named VP of Sales–U.S. Foodservice Division in 2012, Senior VP–U.S. Sales in 2014, EVP–Sales in 2015, and EVP–Sales and Marketing in 2020.

As EVP–Sales and Marketing, Bob leads sales efforts for Dart’s Foodservice, National Accounts, Consumer Products and International divisions, as well as Foodservice Market Research and Administrative Sales functions. He is based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office.

Bob has a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.

Jeff joined Dart in 2011 to lead the company’s SAP implementation. Jeff currently helps set the company’s strategic direction and is responsible for strategic business analytics, data governance and program management.

He was named Senior Director of Information Systems in 2012 and as Senior Director of Enterprise Solution Delivery in 2014.

In 2017, he became Senior Director of the newly created Strategic Planning team, coordinating strategic planning efforts, and was promoted to VP–Strategy in 2018. Before joining Dart, Jeff was a Managing Director at information technology giant Accenture, delivering large-scale ERP projects. He has a bachelor’s degree in applied science from Miami University in Ohio, specializing in Engineering Management and Manufacturing Engineering.
