We’ve operated our polymer production facility in Owensboro since 1983, employing about 150 people on a site with roughly 300,000 square feet under roof. Our Owensboro site has an impressive retention rate and has been recognized by the Governor of Kentucky for its stellar safety record.
Tucked in an Ohio River bend, Owensboro is known as the Bluegrass Capital of the World (site of the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum) and is also home to some of the best burgoo stew and BBQ (especially mutton) found anywhere.
Fun fact: Many professional racers are from Owensboro, including Darrell Waltrip, Michael Waltrip, Nicky “Kentucky Kid” Hayden, Jim Ware McCormick, Bill Sterett, Mark Green, Jeff Green and David Green.
