Dart recently demonstrated its appreciation to 138 employees who reached the 25-year service milestone by inducting them into the Dart Tribute Garden. With this year’s induction, the total number of employees honored in the garden has risen to more than 3,100.
“Collectively, garden inductees have given more than 90,000 years to the company,” CEO Keith Clark said during the May 14, 2025, induction ceremony. “What a mind-blowing statistic. Few companies can make this claim. It’s a humbling and uplifting reflection of Dart as an employer.
“You and all the others in the garden stayed this long because you wanted to, and that means you view Dart as a great place to work.”
Sixteen of the inductees attended the ceremony in the garden in Mason, MI. The Dart family commissioned the garden in 2010 as part of the company’s 50th anniversary celebration. In addition to the pergola of plaques honoring Dart employees with at least 25 years of service, the garden features many symbols and monuments that represent our company values, our founders and our people.
Each Dart location has a replica of their plaque of Tribute Garden honorees.
Each honoree receives Dart’s Crystal Award, which depicts the Tribute Garden pergola in three-dimensional laser-engraved glass crystal and contains a name plate identical to the one installed in the garden.
